Mediterranean Cannolo: crispy red wine shell, Campanian buffalo ricotta, semi-dried tomato, Taggiasca olives, and tomato confit coulis.
Reimagined Caprese: San Marzano tomatoes, datterini tomatoes, tomato confit, DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato water, and mozzarella milk.
Raw Seafood Selection: red, pink, and purple prawns, oysters, tuna tartare, and amberjack carpaccio.
